Juried by gallery director and photographic artist Alex Ferrone, the exhibition includes two works from my ongoing exploration of architecture through reflection, repetition, and shifting spatial order.

Two works from Broken are included in Correspondences, an international postcard-format group exhibition bringing together works sent across borders as a collective archive of memory, movement, and exchange.
Take Over at the Met, New York City.
I am pleased to present work from my Broken series as part of Take Over at the Met, New York City.
In Broken, I fragment New York City architecture into geometric systems that expose the tension between structural permanence and identities continuously reshaped through migration.
The series reflects an ongoing investigation into architecture as both a cultural artifact and a psychological framework.

PROMOTED ARTISTS / Artist Profile Roxana Gheorghe
In Recomposition No. 20, I explore the distinctive features of the Bauhaus movement, particularly its unique integration of art, architecture, and design. Drawing inspiration from Kandinsky’s abstract compositions, I harmoniously intertwine geometry and color. This reflects the Bauhaus ideology that values functionality and aesthetics. The piece is a visual dialogue juxtaposing structure with spontaneity, inviting viewers to reconsider conventional notions of space and form.
